The staff were all extremely friendly and affable, great service. Had a queen room with a balcony, and we appreciated it.

Had a very very good stay on a week-long business trip, glad I've chosen it. I had exceptionally clean and amazing room to myself with a balcony and a large TV, for instance. My room included coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator. The staff were attentive and supper friendly and the location was excellent close to shopping centers. I liked the stay here.

My husband and I appreciated being there, it's great looking and amazing hotel. The staff was affable, helped with every request. I would recommend this property, spent here great 3 nights.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good customer service. Front desk found facial cleaning wipes for me. Bed was comfortable. Food from Bistro restaurant delicious. Late departure accommodated.

New and beautiful rooms, quiet hallways, dark out curtains. The whirlpool was very nice, wished there was an indooor pool.

Remarkable hotel for the price on rooms. Friendly staff;very helpful and inviting atmosphere. Nice options for pricing of rooms. Ex; with or without breakfast, etc. Easy access from Interstate. Close to shopping areas. Inside small market is very helpful for travelers, both business and personal. Will recommend to others.

More than likely would have eaten lunch at hotel, but only open for breakfast and dinner, but still a great hotel.

From check in time till check out time, the staff were like family to my family, thank you for a great cotton bowl experence!! David harper

The hotel is conveniently located, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and attractions like the Parks Mall. It is also situated near the freeway, making it easily accessible for travelers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with queen beds and a small fridge. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff provides good service. The Bistro offers a delicious breakfast, and guests can enjoy the convenience of various amenities.

The cleanliness of the hotel could be improved, as some guests have noticed issues with housekeeping and maintenance.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even upgrading our room and providing us with discount cards for a nearby attraction. The hotel also offered a shuttle service, which was convenient for our plans at Dave and Busters. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family.
